Renting Car with DEBIT CARD or Paypal Business Card Florida, illinois, Iowa etc

Would have to say was pretty darn Easy! was  in Florida needed to rent a car only had debit card, got turned around few times booked online went to counter after waiting a few, and process was yes EZ i would have to say.

Requires Master card, or Visa Logo (Mine was visa logo with US Bank debit)
No boarding pass needed as others may require or Credit card (Enterprise turned me around do to this)

$200 hold plus cost of rental my total $393.00 for Toyota 4 runner SUV for 4 days ( similar was upwards of $400 not including hold ).
My total cost was around $233 i extended my Florida rental a day, and that included gas which was only thing salesman asked me twice on, he stated they fuel was cheaper and after driving all around Orlando he was correct, So i could bring car back empty which was nice no last minute rush to fill the tank.
Also they share counter with Advantage and believe they are the same, definitely the best rates in terminal only ones who seemed to do better was fox, and they are not in terminal so that wasn't an option if i got turned away. Requested GMC or similar got 4runner wife loved this truck and i liked it, 3rd row seating was nice, and truck was new 2017.

2nd choice.

As my second go to is Hertz Great service never an issue, i actually use them more often such as in IL,MO,FL etc when i travel and i can use my pre loaded Paypal Business debit card not the one you buy in store this has my name and company name on it.
No special requirements, not as fast as EZ but not far behind, hold usually $150-200.

Ive had decent luck with AVIS as well, guaranteed i almost always go with Hertz they have more locations.  Hope this help someone, comment let me and others know what has worked for you.
